When someone is not satisfied after receiving the product due to a defect or damage, they have the right to initiate a request for a replacement or return within 7 days from the date of product arrival.
One thing which is important to keep in mind is the original appearance of the parcel, so keep the actual condition without damaging the appearance. Curtains that have been modified in any way after receiving the order will not be considered for returns.
We may require proof of purchase and product photos to confirm your order. We reserve the right to examine the returned product before accepting your request.
There are specific items that cannot be returned due to their unique nature. This includes customized curtains, tailor-made designs, imported designs, and customized items made based on individual needs.
Furthermore, items like rods, hooks, brackets, adhesive, and packaging material which is already open cannot be returned upon delivery. Also, those items that have been damaged during installation or due to any external factor are not refundable.
In case your purchase meets the requirements for a replacement, the customer service team at our company will examine the request you have made along with additional details. Customers may be required to provide information regarding their order, delivery, and photographs of the problem.
After the replacement process is approved, the City Curtain UAE will begin the setup for the replacement based on availability of items in stock. If there is no such item in stock; the customer may opt for a different product worth the same price.
Refunds will only be made following the successful inspection of the returned product following the basic terms and conditions of our return policy. Once the returned product has been received and accepted, the refund process will commence via the same payment means used in the initial transaction, unless otherwise arranged.
The refund period will vary depending on the banking process and procedures involved. Shipping costs, installation fees, and handling costs are not normally refundable unless our processes led to this problem.
If the buyer wants to cancel the order, we should be approached quickly in order to proceed the action quickly rather than any delay but the terms don’t apply for the non-return products. A refund will only be issued upon cancellation of an order when there are no manufacturing/delivery issues involved.
However, custom/project orders may have restrictions on order cancellation depending on their manufacturing status. Please make sure you have confirmed all measurement and design requirements before placing your order.
